ご注文確定後、通常1〜2営業日以内に発送いたします。

土日祝日、年末年始、夏季休業期間等は発送業務を休業する場合があります。

予約商品については、各商品ページ記載の発送予定日をご確認ください。

配送業者

当社指定の配送業者にて発送いたします。

配送業者の指定はお受けできません。

送料について

全国一律1000円（税込）

25.000円以上のお買い上げで送料無料

International Shipping

All international orders are declared at their full purchase value. We cannot alter declared values or mark shipments as gifts.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Returns, cancellations, or refunds due to refusal of these charges will not be accepted.

Kommon Things is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or unattended packages after shipment. Please contact the carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.
